New Zealand

Orders to New Zealand ship by Express Shipping (3-5 business days). Orders under $40 NZD: $7 NZD. Orders over $40 NZD: free shipping. Please allow 2-3 extra days for rural addresses. A few designs ship from our UK warehouse instead, by Royal Mail International Tracked (5-8 business days): $27.95 NZD, or free over $100 NZD.

United Kingdom

All orders within the United Kingdom are shipped from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail (2-3 business days). Orders under £25: £3.95. Orders over £25: free shipping. New Zealand town stickers ship from New Zealand, so the international rates below apply to them.

International

Every international order is sent tracked. Most designs ship from our UK warehouse with Royal Mail International Tracked (5-8 business days). Orders under $100 NZD: $27.95 NZD. Orders over $100 NZD: free shipping. Our New Zealand town stickers ship from New Zealand with NZ Post International Tracked (5-8 business days). Orders under $100 NZD: $18.95 NZD. Orders over $100 NZD: free shipping. If your order includes both, it ships in two parcels and shipping is worked out for each.

Processing: orders are dispatched by the next working day after payment (Monday to Friday).

International orders: customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by your country are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels: contact us within 30 days and we'll sort it out.
