Exchanges, returns and refunds

Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Email info@zukuworld.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you. You don't need to send the stickers back.

Changed your mind? You can return unopened sticker packs in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of your order date. For hygiene and quality reasons, packs that have been opened can't be returned unless they're faulty (see above). Return postage is paid by the customer. Once we've received and checked the items, we'll refund them to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Customers in the UK and EU: you also have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. This policy does not affect that right or any other legal right you have under consumer law.
